Thrift Store Chair Makeover

Aubree, Sadie and I went to one of our favorite thrift stores and we found this cute but rough chair

This chair was $2.00, so we took it home and...

pulled out our box of vintage fabric (garage sale scraps) $3.00 for the whole box and have used lots of it!  I let Sadie pick out her favorite pieces and we cut them into strips. 

She chose the two she liked the best and we tied them on, alternating colors.

and the true test...it didn't break with her in it, it must be okay :)
